Foods

following foods
sugar, candies, and artificial
sweetners,
saturated & hydrogenated
fats, and heated oils,

salmon,
white bread and yeast
products,
dairy
products,
fruits (except for certain low
sugar ones). Fruits are nutritious but their high

2. Start Adding Alkalizing
Foods

Water.
One of the most important
ways of promoting health is drinking enough alkaline
water.
Start by reducing then eliminate habitual acid forming drinks such
as alcohol, coffee, and pop. Hydrate your body with alkaline
water. Aim for at least 2-3 litres a day to begin. Alkaline water
serves to neutralize excess acids in your body and creates appropriate
environment for your blood to perform its functions.

4. Exercise
Appropriately
Regular and appropriate
exercise is one of the best ways to prevent disease, promote
health, and increase your vitality.
Over-exercising, under-exercising, or inappropriate exercising can
increase your acids and cause increased risk of injuries. Three important
aspects of exercise include aerobic exercise, stretching, and strength
training (especially core strength).
Exercise enough so you sweat
but avoid exercising to the point of pain or exhaustion. Dr.
Young recommends appropriate exercises such as walking - long and fast enough
to sweat, jogging, and exercising on a rebounder to exercise numerous body
parts including your muscles, tendons, and bones.
Other beneficial exercises include yoga, pilates, stretching, and
correct forms of weight training. In addition, deep breathing and massage
helps by moving lymphatic fluids and release toxins. In his book "The pH

5. Write Down Your Vision For Your
Health and Get Started
